2. Warranty Duration

All SIHOO office chairs sold by SIHOO Australia are covered by a generous 3-year warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and provides coverage for a variety of components and functions.

3. Warranty Coverage Details

During the warranty period, SIHOO Australia will repair or replace, at its discretion, any part or component of the chair that is found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty covers all parts of the chair, including but not limited to:

  • Seat and backrest
  • Armrests
  • Base and casters
  • Hydraulic gas lift mechanism
  • Lumbar support
  • Headrest (if applicable)
  • Reclining mechanism

4. Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scuffs, scratches, and cosmetic damage.
  • Chairs used in non-office or non-residential settings.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Chairs purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers.
  • Products marked as "as-is" or "used" at the time of purchase.

5. Warranty Process

If you experience an issue covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, a description of the problem, and photographic evidence if possible.
  • SIHOO Australia will evaluate your claim and may request additional information.
  • If a repair or replacement is approved, SIHOO Australia will arrange for the necessary action.

6. Warranty Limitations

The warranty provided by SIHOO Australia is the sole and exclusive remedy for product defects. SIHOO Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
