Three parts you are actually paying for
A seat on four steel springs
Four coil springs instead of a hard base, so the seat absorbs your movement rather than resisting it. Above roughly 90kg they compress most of the way, so heavier users get a firm supported seat rather than a floating one.
Recline that reads your weight
Glass fibre plates set the tilt resistance across a rated 40 to 100kg range. Someone at 60kg and someone at 95kg both get a recline that holds. Neither touches a dial.
Two lumbar pads, not one bump
Most chairs aim one fixed bump at an average spine. This uses two wing-shaped pads on a gas lift, so you set the height to your own lower back. It is the part owners with existing back problems keep singling out.

The armrests do not lock.
Lean on one and it swivels. Three reviewers and at least one owner named this as their main annoyance. If you rest real weight on armrests, it will bother you daily.
Three recline positions, not infinite tilt.
100, 110 and 130 degrees. Forbes wanted the angles in between and could not get them.
The headrest is part of the backrest.
A tall, well padded back, not a separate adjustable headrest. If that is a must-have, wrong chair.
Over 6 foot 4, the seat pan runs short.
Covered in the fit check above. Fits most people well, very tall people adequately.
Assembly takes about 45 minutes.
Owners call it easy, not quick. Some parts are heavy enough that a second person helps. Do not start it at 11pm.

47 to 55.5cm on the gas lift, with seat depth from 40 to 47cm. Those two set the supported range of 150 to 190cm.
What is the maximum weight capacity?
136kg, BIFMA tested. Two different numbers matter here: 136kg is what it holds, 40 to 100kg is where the weight-calibrated tilt still works as designed. Above roughly 90kg the springs compress most of the way, so you get a firm supported seat rather than a floating one.
