SIHOO M57 Ergonomic Office Chair
Everyone asks this first
Sihoo does not publish a height range for the M57. So we show you the one warning we found in independent testing, and you can call us if you are close to it.
Input your height and weight:
One reviewer at TechRadar said people around six feet or taller may not be fully supported. That is one tester, not a Sihoo rating. If you are tall, call us on 1300 002 580 before you order.

THE TAB YOU WERE GOING TO OPEN NEXT
Here is what independent reviewers said, including the parts that are not flattering.
“If you’re around six feet or taller then you may not be completely supported.”
TechRadar review of the Sihoo M57. Quote shortened; the verdict was “functional but unspectacular".
The reviewer said the two-way lumbar support is what the chair does best. They found assembly a chore (30 to 45 minutes alone) and said the chair does little to stand out at the price they tested.
Review from March 2023. Their price was AU$439. Ours is $329. Read the review from TechRadar (opens in a new tab)
The reviewer listed the lumbar support as raising 5 cm and extending 3 cm, the recline at 126 degrees and the weight rating at 150 kg. They noted limited seat padding.
They give a 9 cm headrest lift. Sihoo’s page says 8 cm. Read the review from NikkTech (opens in a new tab)
WHERE THE MONEY GOES
Every chair at this price claims ergonomic support. These four adjustments decide how it feels by hour six.
The support raises about 5 cm and extends about 3 cm, according to the NikkTech review. That lets you line it up with your lower back instead of guessing.
Air passes through both surfaces. You stay cooler than on foam, which helps in warm rooms.
They move up, down and forward, and they rotate. Your forearms stay supported while you type or use a mouse.
A locking tilt lets you lean back for a break and lock it in place when you want to work.

Want a cooler full-mesh seat, 3D armrests and a recline you can lock back to 126 degrees, take the M57. Sitting six hours or more? Look at the M57 Pro (from $399) or the M18 Pro. Sihoo’s own M18 vs M57 guide goes deeper.
BEFORE YOU BUY
These come from independent reviewers and verified owners. You would find them in your next tab anyway.
One TechRadar tester felt under-supported at that height. Sihoo does not publish a range, so call us first.
Reviewers describe the build as basic. It matches the price.
One owner said you may need to lean back slightly to touch it. Adjust the chair position and it was no problem for them.
One owner said it sometimes returned upright even when locked. Test the lock in your 30-day return window.
Owners call assembly easy. One said a helper made the armrests simpler.
The honest offer: most owners call it comfortable and easy to build, but a few hit small problems with the headrest, the backrest distance or the recline lock. Across 927 reviews the average is 4.6, which is high, not perfect.

The M57 is $329 and the M57 Pro starts at $399, so the Pro costs about $70 more. Sihoo lists them as separate chairs. Compare the spec lists on both pages before you choose.
The M18 is $279 and lists a 150 to 190 cm range. The M57 is $329 with a full mesh seat and back, 3D armrests and up to 126 degrees of recline. See the comparison table above.
The standard M57 does not. Sihoo sells an M57 with a built-in footrest as a separate listing. Check its price and spec there.
Find it in Sihoo’s installation guides. Owners call assembly easy, but some parts are heavy, so a helper makes the armrests simpler.
