This is a great chair, very comfortable! The reality is we're not made to sit still for hours on end but when you do, this chair makes it very easy to swing back and forth bring circulation to your lower back. It's my second Sihoo chair. Very happy with both purchases
My DORO S100 broke when it was less than 2 months old !
This chair has hurt me with my back, arms and neck pain have gotten worse and worse, the customer service i received for my issue has been terrible, you are not following the letter of the law and this chair is falsely advertised as a ergonomic chair when it dosent provide support.
The chair is so bad for my back and too large for my height so I have to sit forward the whole time which causes back pain. Most useless chair I’ve ever purchased
