No, SIHOO chairs are delivered unassembled. However, they are designed for easy assembly, and all necessary tools and parts are included in the package, along with a detailed assembly guide. Most users find the assembly process takes between 15 to 30 minutes. You can also watch our step-by-step assembly guide video on our YouTube channel. If you encounter any issues, our support team is ready to assist you.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects for 3 years (5 years for the Sihoo Doro S300) from the date of delivery. During this period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge. The warranty includes defects in materials and workmanship, such as faulty parts or malfunctioning mechanisms. However, it does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, or damage caused by accidents.
