Customer support was great and fast. The chair arrived within a few days with no problems. Most importantly the chair is very comfortable and the build is pretty solid with as the arms and backrest attach to a metal block at the bottom of the chair that you screw in. The lumbar support is also adjustable both vertically and horizontally and is overall great. I can sit in this chair the whole day and not feel any pain! Would recommend.

Delayed delivery and communication around the delivery was awful. Overall the seat is okay, above average really. Cushion is harder than expected, but maybe it'll soften over time. The delivery, managed by Sihoo and coordinatee directly with them was absolutely awful. A month delay in total. I only got communication and updates every time they missed a date they committed to because I chased them after the deadline EVERY time!

Easy to assemble.seems sturdy,armrests are good,lumber support needs better adjustment as it protrudes too far which makes the backrest height adjustment useless, headrest not usefull for me.The seat is horrible very hard
