It’s the right hight and a comfortable fit. The arms are a little lose but comfortable overall

- Armrests are indeed too loose but that's relatively easily fixable by sticking a soft plastic into the space underneath. Thickness of the plastic would determine the firmness. (see photo). It's pity that they could have easily make this adjustable by putting a (plastic) screw to same place.- Armrests are definitely not "ultra soft". They are not uncomfortably hard but for that claim, I was expecting a bit softer.- Depending on your usage habits, armrests being attached to back of the seat can be considered as an advantage or disadvantage. If you like to lean back a little while still using keyboard or mouse, this design can be a deal breaker. But if you do it for relaxing or passively reading, then they are very nice.- I disagree with people who thinks the seat is too narrow. For reference, they are exactly same with HM Aeron's we use at the office.

A good chair! I like it. Its waist support is really good.

Defective product, the chair arrived without wheels, but SIHOO customer team provided a full refund and I received the wheels two weeks later.

Chair itself seems really good but only downside is that some plastic parts like armrests have too much wiggle rool for my liking.

Don't get me wrong this is a very good chair, fairly comfortable and has many ways to adjust it to your preference it is well made and sturdy.BUT this is not a gaming chair if you are use to an oversized gaming chair don't get this chair for a replacement its tiny and i am not a paticlarly large person even changing the seat brackets around to give an extra couple of inches its still no way big enough unless you want to sit upright and rigid.I know it will take time to adjust to a new chair but already this is making my back ache after an hour, hopefully i will get use to it.As an office chair it is great but i would'nt want to sit in it working all day.

Before getting this chair, I never realized how much of a difference a good chair could make. As a student who's transitioned to studying from home, I've been practically living at my desk, pouring over lectures, assignments, and Zoom calls for hours on end every day.Enter this ergonomic chair, and oh, what a game-changer it's been! It’s quite important to sit properly, it will essentially help your back and necks!

Assembly is very easy, even without looking at the manual. Each type of screw is clearly marked, and they even provide gloves to prevent any cuts or dirty hands during assembly.Sitting in it is extremely comfortable, far more so than my previous Razer gaming chair. But everyone should be aware that this C300 model sold here is different from the one sold in the Chinese market. If you are looking for a 6D armrest and an adjustable bigger seat cushion, you need to purchase the C300 Pro model, which corresponds to the C300 model sold in China.

Good quality, very snazzy and comfortable chair! The box was pretty heavy and all of the parts were a little daunting but it was actually a straightforward build but lots of screws. The instructions are fine to follow along but a little more detail wouldn't hurt. I think it took around an hour to build on my own which isn't too bad, some parts were a little tricky but overall it was fine. You get one extra screw for each section which is definitely enough in case you misplace one.Once built the chair has a lot of adjustment features, in the base you raise and lower like any othe hydraulic chair and it pivots backwards and can be locked in that position or locked upright to cancel the pivoting. The armrests can pivot inwards and they can also slide forwards/backwards to get the position you like, be warned when adjusting your butt further back into the chair with your elbows on the rests because they will slide forward EVERY time the armrests can also be highered/lowered using a clicking lock mechanical and when it reaches the top and will drop back to the lowest position with another click(like the back rest too), it's a decent mechanism but I prefer the lift button that allows you to raise and lower arm rests more freely like my other chair has.The main back rest can be raised/lowered similar to the arm rests, easier to adjust when you're not sitting down though and the head rest tilt forward to support the neck, either I'm too tall or the headrest doesn't come up high enough to make contact with my head It is a really comfortable chair, I like the use of elastic through the whole chair on the seat, back rest and head rest as it is softer and more easily moulded to your body than with foam padded chairs, it'd also be much easier to clean and would eliminate an smells getting trapped in the foam. The armrests aren't super soft and spongy but are still comfortable and keeps your arm stable while at the desk.Since building it I've sat on it for a good few hours straight and it's really comfortable! It's almost like I'm floating or being suspended which is strange I still think I prefer my old chair but that might change of the next few days. For £250 I don't think you'd be disappointed with this chair, some of these ergonomic chairs can be close to £500 so this is definitely a great deal and provides all of the same support you need in a chair while looking modern and really cool

Great chair. Super lower back support. Easy to assemble. Use for my at home office; mainly when working with my computer. Very comfortable. Like the arm rests and especially the lower back support.Price was excellent for the quality of the chair.

I bought the SIHOO Doro C300 Ergonomic Office Chair in late November 2023. It came very well packaged and was easy to assemble. Once in use I found it very comfortable and I was impressed with the solidity of the chair.Unfortunately, in February I found the left arm had failed at the joint of the arm rest and contacted Sihoo to see what they could do. I received a prompt response requesting further information about the failure, which I answered with a short video to show the problem. They immediately came back with a promise to replace the whole arm, which I received a few days later. Replacement was easy, requiring 2 bolts to be unscrewed and re-fixed.During this period I also queried an issue I had when I first got the chair - the chair lift movement was a little restricted and did not work well with my rise and fall desk. I had to maintain the desk at its lowest level and the chair at its highest. The answer was a suggestion to find a replacement gas lift that met my requirements and that they would put £25 towards the replacement. After careful measurement I found a replacement gas lift for £21 and ordered it. I had a refund of this almost by return. When I came to fit the new gas lift I found the original was fully stuck in the chair feet 'spider'. I tried using a pipe wrench and a sledge hammer but could not remove it. Sihoo sent me a replacement 'spider' and I refitted the chair feet and the new gas lift - took me under an hour to complete. Now the chair is working fine and I have movement on both the chair and the desk to be able to find a comfortable position.During this experience Sihoo answered all my emails promptly and gave every assistance. The whole issue was cleared within half a month, including the deliveries.I have been very pleased with the response I received from SihooOffice.

I bought this chair after returning a different mesh-fabric chair I bought, which had no lumber support and caused terrible back problems. This chair, on the other hand, is very supportive and comfortable. The moving lumbar support is great, though it doesn't work quite like the product videos suggest - it doesn't move down automatically when you tilt the chair back, it's just on a slide with a spring so in theory it will move down with your back as you recline. In actuality it tends to pull my shirt up instead but that's a small matter. It's comfortable nonetheless. The armrests and headrest are comfortable and adjustable. I'd prefer if there was a way to lock the headrest in place once you have it where you like it, but it tends to be comfortable in most any position it ends up in.The mesh seat also is better than others I've tried. In particular the hard plastic seat border that the mesh attaches to is much better shaped than on other chairs, so the sides don't dig into my legs which are a little wider than the mesh area. The last thing I'll point out is the recline mechanism. For me the tension is perfect - I don't need to lock the chair upright - it doesn't recline unless I push back. But I do also like that the chair can be locked in a recline position unlike some other chairs which only lock upright.Overall, this is a chair that I'm happy to spend a very large number of hours each day sitting in.

I bought this chair and the assembly takes about 1 hour. The overall experience is good. I pick this model because its armrest and back can move together which can give the body a better support. Also this chair provides a waist support, which could be very helpful for those who spends hours and hours before the screen

I brought this work chair, as I was experiencing a lot of pain in my lower back whilst working from home on my desk. This chair was easy to put together and there are many settings on the chair that allow you to feel comfortable throughout your working day. The item arrived quickly and the instructions were very clear on how to assemble the chair. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a cost-effective and ergonomic chair.

I come from China, I wanted to buy this chair when I was in China, but I never realized it. When I came to the United States, the first piece of furniture I bought was this chair, which is very comfortable and ergonomic. No matter what Angle you lie down on the chair, it will adapt to you, which is highly recommended.
Claire
I could see it being comfy to smaller hipped people. There's plastic either side of the seat which I hadn't noticed when buying looking at pictures. The mesh itself felt like it would be really cooling and comfortable for long use. Assembly was easy, felt sturdy, but in the end I had to refund, I just couldn't get comfortable on it due to my own large and in charge thighs pushing on the plastic.Edit to add: customer support are being very helpful and are in the process of helping me chose a new chair that may be more suitable.

I do not often write reviews but this chair and company deserve it! It was easy to put together which is super important. More importantly I am amazed by comfort and support it provides. I work from home and was using a chair that was outdated and uncomfortable. I decided to splurge since I use it 7 hours of the day. MY BACK PAIN IS GONE! It allows you to move in different positions and remain supported and comfortable. Must get especially if you work from home.

I have never had a more comfortable office chair than this. Every single piece is adjustable and the design is beautiful and futuristic. I've spent hours gaming in this chair and did not get the usual back pain, or neck pain I would be getting with my old chair. Not sure what to think about the mesh, though. You'll definitely want to keep sharp objects away from it. Also, I am not sure how lasting it will turn out to be, as there is no support under the mesh, like a pillow or anything. It's just empty space, and the mesh that you sit on is only supported along its edges. This is the only weak point I can see about this chair, but I may be wrong. This mesh could actually turn out to be very long lasting.Assembly took me about an hour and 15 minutes. It can be a bit confusing, as the instructions in the manual are very superficial and the screws that come within the box aren't labelled. So you kind of have to guess which screw goes where. I found a YouTube video made by Sihoo, which shows how this chair is assembled, but that also isn't very complete either. But, having that video, the instructions manual, and using a bit of logic, will eventually get the job done. Now for the negatives. My chair arrived with an ugly dent in it, and one of the armrests has a few small tears , but they're on the underside, so they're not visible. This tells me that either my chair has been used before and returned (it also had dirt spots on it in several places), or that it was badly handled in the factory, or one of the storage warehouses.I think Sihoo should be more considerate about how they treat their customers, who are paying the full price for what should be pristine chairs that should undergo a strict quality check before being sent out.I would've given 5 stars, but I'm taking one out because of this. I wanted to take 2 stars, but that wouldn't do justice to this chair. It deserves 5.

I was having several back pains with my old chair, but with this one my pain is gone

I have never spent much on desk chairs but being a remote worker and spending all day sat at a desk I decide to invest and spend a moderate sum on a decent chair. This hasn't disappointed. The setup was pretty straight forward, while there is plenty of things to fasten together, it will take an hour or more to assemble alone.I like how you can adjust everything to suit your body and how you wish to be sat. It has certainly helped with my posture where I was always prone to slouching.Highly recommended if you want a solid and well built chair for comfort and good posture.

I work from home and have spent some quality time in my office chairs. This is the third one and it seems like the third time is the charm (I have only spent about $700 figuring out the right chair for me). For reference of this review I am 6ft and about 205lbs depending on what I've eaten that day.The ergonomic back support is fantastic and doesn't allow me to slouch down; rather it holds me upright and alert. There are many adjustments to get the fit just right for the back height, head rest, and arm rests. The arm rests are the only thing that I would knock because they don't like to stay put in place. It's not really a big deal for me though since I move them around a lot anyways. The tilt function is really nice and I don't lock it upright very often because it has enough spring tension to keep me from falling back unless that is what I want to do.Last, but not least is a recommendation; buy the rollerblade replacement wheels. The stock wheels are fine, but the rollerblade wheels are great for gliding around silently.

I work quite a stereotypical office job and my previous chair had it's best years behind so the decision was made to get a more comfortable, larger and better fitting office chair (I'm 6'2). Postage was quick and was pretty simple to put together. For me there's three little things that I find annoying, 1: the arm rests do not lock in place and they can "float about", 2: the headrest doesn't really go high enough for me and sits on the back of my neck (granted I'm tall so that's more me at fault) 3: it's not the nicest thing to look at compared to a normal office chair (looks don't matter, just me picky). Overall I am very happy with the chair, I can sit 12 hours very comfortably. Would recommend as it's a really nice chair and it is very good value for money.

I would have given the chair 5 stars had the bottom/seat of the chair pulled in and out, since no one persons legs are exactly the same in length between hip and knee. But, not many chairs, if any, have this capability in this price range.Putting the chair together was simple, and the screw package is well marked, making it fool proof knowing where which screws go where. As well as there being extra screws just in case, something you don't often see. They even included white cloth gloves so you don't mark up the metal etc...highly unusual addition.Comfort wise, is it the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in, in my opinion no, but it is well designed and solidly built, especially for the price tag. It does have excellent back support, and the mesh seat is comfortable. Although, if you tend to be wide at the bottom, this chair may not be for you. I'm of fairly average size and the width, and the chair just makes it for a good fit. Dare I say if you have a European body type, this chair is perfect. The chair does force you into a position of good posture, arguably in a good way, and you can easily lean back and lounge. The waterfall seating is an added bonus for those who are prone to circulation issues in the legs and or feet. Another aspect of the design that is good, is that the chair isn't as bulky as I thought it might be based on the pictures. It's quite sleek and will fit in an average to small sized space well.I've seen a few reviews where some talk about the Ultra soft arm rests?? Perhaps my arm rests are different (highly doubtful) but I would not at all qualify them as ultra soft. Are they comfortable and with good customization for height and angle, yes. But, are they ULTRA soft, no way, not even close, they are soft-ish.The chair is new, so I don't know what the longevity factor is yet? But, if I can get a solid few years out of it, then I would say it was a very solid buy.
Armandas Redeckis
If you are looking for a quality chair, this the one, the design is beautifull, when you walk into a room and aee this chair you know its quality, its sturdy, all major parts are hard steel so you know it won't break, the sitring part is confy and breathable, a lot of people giving bad reviews that its not confortable probably are the ones pushing it with their back to keep in place and don't know that this chair actually can fixate if you press the handle below the chair inwards.

In this price range this chair really checks all the marks you need for a supportive office chair!

It has truly transformed my home office experience. As someone who spends long hours working at a desk, comfort and ergonomics are paramount, and this chair has exceeded my expectations in every way.Comfort and Ergonomics :From the moment I sat in this chair, I could feel the difference in comfort compared to my previous office chair. The plush cushioning provides excellent support and feels incredibly cozy. Its exceptional ergonomic design truly sets this chair apart. The adjustable lumbar support, headrest, and armrests allow for a customized fit that suits my body perfectly. The contoured backrest supports my spine's natural curve, promoting proper posture during long work sessions. I've noticed a significant reduction in back and neck strain since using this chair, and I can now work for extended periods without discomfort.

It was easy to assemble. The instructions state that you are supposed to attach first the armrest to the back linkage and then the seat back to the chassis plate. In this part I really stumble. After going back and forth, I decided to attach the seat back to the chassis plate but leaving the screws a little bit loose. By doing this I was able to set the armrest properly to the back of the chair and finished the assembly smoothly. This chair is very comfortable. I live in the Antilles so our weather is warm the whole year making these is a nice chair to have to keep you cool. The lower back support is great. Thanks to SIHOO for this excellent product that my wife and I will enjoy from now on.

I've been searching around for an ergo office chair for months, trying to find the one that would last, doesn't cost stupid amounts and fits me being 190cm tall, as with anything you buy online I was skeptical at first but wow, this chair is extremely impressive, it's comfortable, ergonomic, durable and doesn't rattle !!Truly the best chair I've owned, and the white colour makes it look like it's worth10x what I paid !!One thing I will say for the company, the chair has screw holes for a leg rest but it's not included, it would be nice to have the option to buy this or option it when ordering :)

I've put several hundred hours in this chair. I now ignore my couch, and drag this chair from the office to watch TV. It's amazing!I used to get terrible neck and back pain, and it's nearly eleminated it. (Still some echos, but that's my own fault for not stretching enough lol). Now that it's 0*f out and my house is about 60* the mesh is less fun. But a blanket fixes that pretty dang quick.Im 5ft 5in atheticly built. I have a hard time with many chairs because I have the back of a 6ft person and the legs of a 5ft person. But this chair conforms to me great.Just get it :)
Rainee
My whole family loves it so much even though I bought it for my elder son. Sooooo comfortable and support your back so soft.
Fuzzy Wuzzy
Not a single review mentioned height at 5 feet 2-4" so I did. This chair is the first to fit my height and the neck totally reaches the headrest perfectly. I give this a solid 4. Knocked off one star due to the horrible instructions and decent build quality. The seat is very comfortable and durable. I'm 200lbs and have no regrets buying this chair. Will update review as time passes.

Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase in this price range. The chair has already started to correct my posture, which is a noticeable improvement. The lumbar support is also quite noticeable right from the start of sitting on the chair. In terms of comfort, it's not the best. Since it is a mesh chair, it focuses more on ergonomics rather than pure comfort. However, I understand that this is to be expected given its design. The only issue I encountered was with the instructions provided in the manual. They were overly simplified, and larger images would have greatly helped in identifying which screws go where. The current images are so small that it's difficult to see the details.Despite this minor setback, I am happy with the chair and believe it was worth the investment for the improved posture and lumbar support it provides.

Products works well and can be customized with other universal parts from other chair. Since I needed it to be 48 inch off the floor, I was able to buy another chair's center part to extend the height of the chair. Though I do wish that they have it as an option for it, but its still fine. The chair did use the same design as a standard office chair. I am very happy with the product, comfort, and feel of it. I forgot to mentioned that it did have holes underneath the front of the chair to allow addons too, ex. leg rest. Thanks, love the chair.*Please note, on my image, it has the addon and the customization I personally did myself. Actual height of chair is much shorter.*

Purchased to replace another chair that I use in my home office. The previous chair I had was a more traditional mid-back leather office chair. After sitting in it for extended periods the seat would cause my lower legs to ache. I have a mesh chair in my work office that I love. I have used it for more than a month since it arrived and I am very happy with it. It was easy to assemble and very comfortable providing good support while allowing extended periods in it without causing the leg fatigue of my previous chair. The only thing that I would wish for is a slightly wider seat. This being said it shouldn't be an issue for most as I am a fairly big guy at 290. Is it as comfortable as my work office chair, not quite, but pretty close. Definitely close enough considering the difference in cost. Had I never owned the other, I would have no complaints.

Really impressed with the entire consumer experience, from price-point, assembly/setup to daily use. This company really put the time and effort into thinking everything through, and the attention to detail is apparent. It came really well packaged with sturdy form-molded cardboard, clear assembly instructions, a deluxe allen wrench and even assembly gloves. All the assembly hardware came with spare screws/washers for every step. Setup took less than a half hour and I easily managed to do it myself without needing an extra set of helping hands. Really appreciate them making the base for the wheels out of metal. I've had other chairs in the past made of plastic with metallic paint - which is one of the parts to wear out fastest if you tend to rest your feet on it. This base looks like it will last for years. Chair is easily one of the more comfortable ones I've sat in. Really love the adjustability of the arm rests. Mesh is breathable, lower back support is sufficient for my back type and can easily sit in the chair for an extended work day without feeling any discomfort. Really pleased with the purchase so far!

Some reviews complain about the assembly, and I imagine this is due to the chair's many parts and many screws. For example, the base of the chair has six parts, not including the wheels: a center piece, and five legs, each leg attached to the center piece with two screws. I've had other (cheaper, weaker) chairs where this is delivered as a single complete piece, or as pieces that slot together without screws. Each arm also has four screws - two attaching the separate pieces of the arm, and then two more to attach it to the seat. The design is also generous with spacers to support the screws - the arms have five spacers each. However, the single most annoying part of assembling an office is attaching the back to the seat. Generally the attachment is purely with screws, so you have to fully hold two heavy objects close together in an awkward way while you get the screws in. I've done this many times with many chairs and it's always been a massive dreaded pain. This chair's different: the back slides onto a mount attached to the seat, and then, although it still isn't stable without screws, all you have to do is support it while you insert the screws. By reducing the difficulty of the SINGLE worst part of office chair assembly, this chair absolutely doesn't deserve any complaints about its assembly. For the comfort and ergonomics, I only have one complaint: the arm rotation is adjustable and I have no use for that feature and only ever activate it unintentionally. This chair has a single control for the gas cylinder where a chair five times its price would have three other controls and position locks. Depending on your body type you might not find the dynamic lumbar support comfortable, but for me it's a very nice chair.
Danny Lovell
The assembly was very easy, the labeling of the hardware used to assemble the chair could not have been easier! After using the chair at my home office for the past two weeks I can say it is extremely comfortable and supportive. If you fully lean back in the chair you could honestly take a nap, LOL!! The chair, from the head rest to the arm rests to the lumbar support has more adjustments to accommodate any user. For the money, you can’t do better!
Mugiwara
The chair is made up of really good quality materials and it is easy to assemble. Once you assemble it, it feels like you are sitting on air. The comfort is fabulous and there is no strain on your tailbone. I am 6'4" heavily built man(350lbs) and it is supporting my weight easily. The only negative is this chair is not for tall dudes as the neck rest is not at my neck level and it is at shoulder level. It would have been good if the neck rest height was adjustable.
M.K.W
The chair was packaged very well and no damaged . The instructions are also very clear , it is very convenient to install. It took me about 20 minutes. First of all, it is very ergonomic, the head and lumbar support can be adjusted according to different angles, the Lumber support is very comfortable When you sit down, it will automatically adjust for you. The armrests can be adjusted outwards, inwards and in height, Black mesh is also very elastic. Due to the relationship of working from home, I have been doing it on the C300 chair for a long time it will help you reduce lower back pain. Now is neck support ,Can be adjusted up and down and back and forth. It will support your head and neck when you lean back. The wheels are very smooth whether on the Hard floor or carpet.Highly recommended!

The most comfortable and high-quality office chair. Especially, I love the back support. Would share more after a few months of usage.

The seat is so comfortable and the back support is next level. Me working from home and having to sit 8+ hrs for work this chair was a decision I would say was money well spent. My previous chair was not giving me adequate back support. This one was a big relief. I'm happy with the purchase and would happily recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a very practical functional chair for your long hours of sitting. The assembly is very easy and detailed in the hand book, took me half 30 mins to put together. 5 stars anytime.

Their newest C300 has a larger seat with 6 direction arm rest. I guess it's still only for China.

This chair is amazing very adjustable, and super comfortable for prolonged periods of sitting! Not to difficult to assemble but did not come with instructions, however everything in the blister back is clearly labelled which is for what and if you work your way through the pack it soon becomes clear which goes where. I did initially put the base seat on the wrong way around as it is not very clear from the pictures, hopefully mine help.Super happy looks cool, keeps me cool, and is very adjustable and customisable as per my sitting requirements, very happy with this sleek stylish modern twist on an office chair!
OolongT
This chair is awesome! The mesh material is high quality. The build quality is solid. And the lower back support is amazing! Unlike other lumbar supports that are fixed to an adjusted setting - causing you to need to sit in a certain position to get proper support, this chair’s lumbar support “auto” adjusts to your seated position. And, it actually works! I felt immediate relief to lower back strain. The chair is heavy though, so rolling movement can be a chore. And I wish the arm rests could fold up. But, with the way it’s designed, you could easily remove them, if desired. The only main caution I have is that the base frame is probably made more for small to medium size, er, “bottoms”. “Larger bottoms” may feel discomfort with the base frame under you.Otherwise, awesome design worthy of 5 stars!

This chair is ergonomic with excellent back support that I never experienced with any previous chair. It helped fix my sitting posture. Everything is working as good as expected (height adjustment, armrest adjustments, headrest adjustment). I strongly recommend it
zjjyh96
This chair is simply amazing. The chair's quality is top-notch. It is evident from the moment you unpack it that it is built to last. The materials used are durable, and the construction feels sturdy and reliable. I appreciate the attention to detail and the overall craftsmanship of this chair. The ergonomic design provides excellent support for long hours of sitting, and it has made a noticeable difference in my productivity and overall well-being. The adjustable lumbar support and headrest allow me to customize the chair to my preferences, ensuring optimal comfort throughout the day. The breathable mesh material keeps me cool even during extended periods of use.In conclusion, I highly recommend this office chair.

This is the most comfortable chair I have. The lumbar is amazing. The price is also reasonable

This office chair is a great alternative to those that cost hundreds more, even in the pre-owned/secondhand marketplace. The value for the price paid is great because of its build quality, ease of use, good ergonomics, and overall aesthetic.I spent a good amount of time weighing my options of a used Herman Miller or this and I'm so glad I chose the SIHOO. It's nice to have something new of your own and to get a good deal on something. The ability to customize arm height and angle, headrest support, and seat height for a reasonable price were all important factors in the decision. Materials were too, and the webbing on this chair is very durable. The lumbar support is also a huge benefit. The tilt range is also very generous. Assembly took me 40 minutes, but I was half watching a preseason football game at the time. With proper focus, I think 30-35 minutes is reasonable. The chair was very well packed, with strong cardboard inserts, plastic wrapping, and extra hardware just in case. The required tools are provided and the gloves were a nice touch (they can be used for the gas lift; I didn't need them). One recommended upgrade: rollerblade wheels. They make the chair perform at its best, especially on a glass mat.Ultimately, this chair took my work from home setup from a solid B to an A.

This sihoo ergonomic chair comes in a large box that is very heavy it may need 2 people to carry it inThe packing was done very well I have not seen a chair that was packaged as well as this very neat and tidy which was really nice to work withIt needs to be built and took around 40 mins to completeIt includes Instructions that s basic but clear and have several languages all the bolts and alen keys come in a pack that has each bolt numbered for easy constructionit is a solid white plastic type material with the chrome metal feet the wheels are plastic but the rest of the base is solid metalThe material is a mesh type white and black which gives the grey effect and feels high quality the arm rests are white and chrome with grey pads that are softThe arm rest s are also adjustable although when lifting them up to the raised posision there not locking in place and there is no catch like or lock like on the old modelI don't use that feature so it's not a problem for me the head rest and lumbar support are also adjustable they kind of flex to suit your seating position and is all the same material as the seat and back it tilts and raises well the handle easy to operate tilt down for up or down pull outward to tilt back and lock it by sloting back inThe whole chair is a very good quality looks very smart and is almost perfect I give minus 1 star as the arm rests don't lock otherwise perfect I love it

to my surprise the chair is fairly comfortable, flexible and the cool thing about it is that it is fully adjustable to your working needs, be it the back, the spine area, the neck, the hands, the height, etc.as for the quality is is fairly decent with good finishing touches.it comes with a heavy price tag at first sight but also comes with many specs that may only come with 2x the price of this chairIt was too difficult to assemble it and it comes with spare parts and details which are also handy just in case.my only negative is that, while being a new chair, it sometimes creaks as if it is an old chair. Sometimes it feels annoying, knowing that it is a brand new chair. Perhaps it is a cause of inefficient assembly. This is something i would need to figure out. But something to be aware of i guess.

Was easy to put together. They provide the tools needed and even some white gloves if you are so inclined. It is comfortable, the neck rest is the best. All the adjustments are nice although if I had one small gripe it's the arm rests move out a bit too easy on touch but it's not bad. Very sturdy and mesh is nice for breathability. Also, love that lumbar support moves up and down when you move in the chair. Hoping this will help my back for long sitting sessions.

What I love about this sleek design of an office chair is the comfort and not haft to sacrifice any sort of stability nor any of the outstanding ecstatically, pleasing design of this chair. Let me get straight to the point if you have severe back pain then this chair is for you after a day of use I feel a sense of relief because this chair benefits your health greatly by adjusting to your size of body. The lumbar will just ensure that the headrest is fully adjustable and comfortable. Overall the quality and stability of this chair are outstanding.

When I opened this to assemble, I did wonder if this would take long, and in all it took me about 45 minutes. It does come with a T-alan key driver, however when tightening the first screws it started to strip, so I put it aside and went and found my own set. However it does come with a L type alan key in the packaging with all the screws, it is at the bottom of the pack. This feels more sturdy. As a note most of the screws come with extras and any washers provided seem to have extras aswell. The manual is fine, but if you using the pictures in the manual to help you build note that they writing is very small, there is a QR code on the side of the box that should lead you to a youtube video if you rather use that. The build overall is not challenging, and actually pretty easy. The chair looks good and is pretty comfortable. The lumbar support does make a difference, although it cannot be adjusted. The neck support can be adjusted up and down and it can also be adjusted for the angle, however the angle adjustment has to be changed by pushing it forward all the way and then reset. The base is very comfortable, all due to the mesh material, it is very comfortable with a reasonable amount of give without being spongy.I do not like the the armrests, with can be rotated outward but not really inwards, so if you lean with your arms inwards you will have to do it without the armrest in the same direction. No a big thing for many, since I guess most people lean their armrests outwards.Once thing that annoys me is that the armrests when lifted to not always stay up, they have can slip down and inconvenient times, I expect better from a chair of this type. This is annoying enough that I leave the armrests alone and do not lift them. The Chair is nice to use, it is comfortable, and I have no back issues, and while I have spent some time grumbling about the problems, the chair itself is nice and lines quite nice.

When the chair arrived, I couldn't wait to put it together, I have been suffering with back problems for a long time now and my previous chair would contribute to this a lot.The chair was very well packaged, and the Screw container was very clearly labelled, the instruction manual could have been slightly larger but that is a very minor concern. The build process was straight forward enough and took about 30 minutes end to end with the provided tools. At first, I was concerned as the seat base was too far back and my knees were over hanging the end of the chair by too much for comfort, I have seen other reviews that mention this, so I wanted to point out the following. Under the chair there are 4 screws that are pre-installed and smaller than the provided Allen key, they are on either side of the chair lift mechanism. If you remove these screws the base of the chair can be removed and there are inserts on each side that can be flipped around, it buys you another 2-3 inches which in my case was enough that my legs now feel properly supported and I can happily sit in the chair for hours without issue. Its a shame this isn’t mentioned in the manual but hopefully it helps someone with similar issues.Overall, the chair is by far the most comfortable I have sat in (177cm and 90kg) and can spend all day in this chair without discomfort. I hope over time my back will be less painful as well now I am sitting correctly.I feel it would be unfair to mark down the chair for some minor inconveniences (like swapping the base around) as some chairs would not even provide this option even though I had to find it myself. If I could get more granular than I would say it’s a 4.8 but rounding up that’s a 5.

When this product arrived in the box, I was very surprised at just how heavy it was, which speaks volumes for how well designed and constructed the office chair is. The assembly process was very simple and went without a hitch. It required one tool that was provided and the instructions were clear and laid out well. My wife has been suffering from neck pain due to long periods of time at her computer. This new office chair has given her the necessary support through the many ergo adjustments it has available. Over the past couple of weeks she has noticed a profound improvement as a result of the use of this chair. I would highly recommend it for anyone who is concerned about having an ergo friendly workspace.

Wonderful chair that offers unparalleled ergonomic support. I have chronic neck and lowe back pain, this chair does a great job of keeping that at bay during the day while I sit and work 8-10 hour days. The chair is a little heavy so once you put it together I would suggest only rolling it around rather than lifting.

Good adjustments, decent enough quality for a comfortable and durable experience. However I didn't give it full stars because of the clunkiness of the head rest. Difficult to adjust height on it and at most angles when I rest my head it will retract back into a position that I don't want it in. If it had a better locking feature for each angle you can set it too then it would solve this problem but as of now the head rest and sometimes the arms are too easy to move.

After buying nothing but "Gaming" chairs for years and having back pain because of them, I finally decided to buy a proper ergonomic chair. Can 100% recommend buying one

I wasn’t sure if it would be good because I’ve never heard of this brand before. But it’s one of the best chairs I’ve used and it’s definitely worth the price

GREAT chair.
A little bit of a job to put together as instructions ONLY in Chinese!
However if you use Google translate in camera mode you can get around it. They supply one extra screw of each sort.....so don't be scared if you have a screw 'left over'.
But very happy with it and would highly recommend.

Knowing little to nothing of this brand and coming across it from just an add made me sceptical to purchase, but after taking the risk there was no regret, the lumbar support does an amazing job and the chair overall is great for keeping you consistent ergonomic position while being comfortable, if you have the money you will not regret this investment.
