It suits users from about 150 to 190 cm tall. Seat height adjusts from 43.5 to 53.5 cm, the seat is 51 cm wide and 46 cm deep, and the chair stands 110 to 127.5 cm tall overall. It weighs 19.9 kg with the footrest fitted.
The chair is rated to 150 kg and is certified by BIFMA and SGS, with the seat, armrests, base and gas lift tested for durability and safety.
Seat height (43.5–53.5 cm), the recline from 90° to 120° with a tension knob, the 3D armrests (7 cm height, 6 cm forward and back, 35° rotation), the lumbar support (5 cm vertical, 4 cm depth), the headrest (8 cm height, 45° rotation) and the pull-out footrest.
The padded footrest slides out from under the front of the seat. Pull it out, recline the backrest to 120° and rest your legs; push it back in and the chair sits under a desk like the standard M57. It is designed for short breaks rather than as a replacement for a bed or recliner.

The M57 with built-in footrest is covered by a 3-year warranty on parts. If something fails under normal use, contact SIHOO Australia and we will arrange a replacement part.

The standard M57 is the same chair without the footrest and about a kilogram lighter (18.9 kg). The M57 Pro with built-in footrest adds 4D linkage armrests, a double-jointed headrest, an elastomer lumbar with a four-height locking backrest and a self-weighing mechanism that reclines from 90° to 130°, at a lower seat height of 42–50 cm.
