Terrible experience with customer service the original date I was meant to receive my chair I took a day off work. And everytime I called asking to speak to someone I had to leave my details after 12 calls within 3 days one person got back to me and told me I had to wait another week.

I have now had my chair for two weeks. Let me share some of the positives first. The build quality is good, the mesh on the back is good, the adjustable armrests are also comfortable. The sole reason I purchased this chair was because it had an adjustable lumber up, down, in and out however, this is its greatest weakness. The lumbar support is a small flat rectangular shape that does not curve with your back. It therefore makes it incredibly uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time. The other thing to note is the firmness of the actual cushion seat. It is quite hard and takes some getting used to.

The shipment was delayed by 4 days and the customer service was contacted 3 times for an update. Customer service did not get back about the update and was not available during the time of inquiry. After reaching out again on the fifth day I received a phone call saying my order was faulty and that they could not deliver the exact colour until next month. They offered me the same exact model but in different colour. I accepted and it got delivered next day. Upon unboxing the foot rest was missing so I went online and inquired again. Their response was that it was not available in the model which was not true. After clearing out that it had the exact foot rest as the one that I ordered (because it was the exact same model) I was told that it was not available and that they couldn’t send it. No refund or an apology was offered.

This new office chair has been a game-changer for me! Not only is it incredibly comfortable and stylish, but it has also done wonders for my back pain after long hours of sitting. The ergonomic design and lumbar support make a noticeable difference. Easy assembly, sturdy build, and adjustability - this chair has it all. I can't recommend it enough!

Easy to assemble, value for money, love the back tilt have been using since the last 3 weeks~ its just that I tought it comes with a footrest extension thingy, but I guess I bought the wrong version

I received the item very quickly, and the quality of the item is perfect. However, my item did not come with the leg rest I had ordered, and I am pretty disappointed with the delay in customer service getting back to my request. I am still waiting for this to be resolved.

Found it easy to assemble. Would have liked easier access to instructions on how to adjust ergonomics. My chair has footrests and little information available. For me the fit, comfort and reduction in back pain and oedema have made this an excellent buy for my affordability.

Absolutely fantastic, I'm a heavy guy (140kg) and the comfort, quality and durability of this chair is nothing to scoff at. I've spent thousands on office chairs over the course of 9 years and they would often break every 3-6 months, these weren't the run of the mill chairs either, they were usually from some of the biggest and most popular brands on the market which quite often boasted quality and most of all durability (for my weight range!), imagine my disappointment when a chair that boasts high durability comes with flimsy materials that don't last under pressure. But with the SIHOO Office Chair I've come to realise in such a short amount of time how screwed I was getting by these other major brands! Not only are SIHOO assuring the same durability as other major retailers but they are ACTUALLY delivering on their promise! To summarise, you get what you pay for, no cons, no cutting corners and no skimping on materials for cheaper alternatives.

Very good chair. Stable. Not very light weight. Cushion is thick enough. Mesh back helps to keep me cool throughout the day. Assembly was ok. When assembling the head rest, it was a bit tricky for me as instructions were not clear or did not help - but I finally worked it out by "pounding" it into position with the side of my fists - pushing it down with just my hands did not help. The back support is good, gives me the support I need, and is adjustable. Hand rests are also adjustable which is good. Overall, a good chair which I've also recommended to others!

The chair is very solid and easy to assemble. The soft-paded armrests made it feel high quality. As others people commented, more padding to the lumbar would make the chair more comfortable. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the product and pricing.

The chair is very comfortable and has great neck and back support. I use it for full time work and don't suffer from any ergonomic related pain afterwards. I found the lumbar support a little firm at first, but now I don't notice it at all.

Comfortable and good back support chair

This chair is very comfortable and can be adjusted depends on the needs of different people. It is useful for those who work for a long time. The chair is easy to assemble, but its weight is a little bit heavy, close to 25kg including the packaging.

For anyone looking for an ergonomic office chair that has it all for under $500, this is your best bet. Assembly was a little stressful due to the sheer weight of each piece combined, but once I put it together, it looked amazing! The headrest is adjustable, as are the arms, height of the chair, footrest, and lumbar support screw. It truly has everything, and has a firm yet soft seat cushion. Would definitely recommend for the work from home employee!!

Never thought the footrest would be helpful, but I was wrong. It makes the chair more comfortable as well as the headboard. Very heavy and good quality, also it is easy to assemble, cost me less than 30 mins to put it together. If the cushion be made of leather, it would be perfect.

A solid chair, quality is reflected in the price and you get what you paid for in a good way. Head rest could be a little sturdier. Seat is well padded and looks good. The base is solid metal, so the chair has a good weight to it.I do have to say one the wheels broke after not even a day. But after contacting the seller, this was sorted immediately, so good customer service.

A comfortable and reassuringly solid chair with a premium feel. The chair is relatively compact in terms of width, but still has generous seat space and the groves in the adjustable armrests and a simple but useful touch. As a tall person (6"2) the inclusion of headrests often puts me off, as on many chairs they only reach as far as my shoulders and can actually become a hindrance. This chair has a tall back and the headrest on this unit can be heightened further and the angle can be adjusted, so I can rest my head comfortably on it. The seat cushion is dense and supportive.It was delivered very promptly and is relatively easy to put together. The only minor gripe I have is that the recline lever is a little fiddly (you have to rock forward slightly to unlock it before reclining). But as I rarely recline, this is not a big issue.

Pretty well supported, but I still find that towards the end of the day I start to "climb onto the chair and tuck my feet in" (I doubt I'd do this was a perfect chair!)I'm quite slim, so the arm rests are a bit too far apart - during assembly it is possible to the distance between, but even at the narrowest they're too far for me to use both at the same time!Some good feature for back support, like an adjustable lumber bar.

This is really a good office chair. The instruction is easy to understand and the chair is easy to assembly. Once I put all parts together, I instantly use it, how comfortable and supportive it is compare to my old one. This chair is really help me since I have to work at home more than 8 hours every day. I love it.

I bought this chair to replace the old one which had been giving problems, I honestly cannot imagine going back to my old chair after using this for a week. Actually the old one is more expensive, I just thought it won't be hurt to get it a try for a cheaper one, I am glad I did it. It took about 10 days to delivered, it was easy to assemble, it took us less than 10 mins to put them together, but be aware the instruction is poor writing. Most importantly, the chair is very comfy, I can sit in it for a long period of time without feeling back and legs sore like the old one I had, overall I am giving this chair 5-star.

I had been looking for an upgrade to the $199 chair I purchased a few years back from Costco. It has been a challenge, the market is flooded with so many options for chairs at every price point. It's hard to find a good one for the right price. I had a pretty decent Herman Miller Aeron knock-off at my old job. I'm working full-time from home now ... but I wasn't willing to cough up $2,000 for one. Even the used ... sorry "renewed" ones ... sell for $800.The seat is firm yet comfortable. The seatback is fully mesh and has adjustable lumbar support. I didn't think the headrest was a big deal ... but I actually find myself using it. I didn't get the footrest option so I can't comment on that. The smooth metal chair legs are great.The only issue I ran across is that the seatback frame was ever so slightly popped out. Photo attached. Though it was a defect, it didn't affect the comfort of the chair nor could you tell it was there unless you were looking closely. My only concern was that it would worsen over time. A couple of days after receiving the chair the manufacturer messaged me through Amazon. I told them that the chair was great, but described the issue I had found. They asked for a photograph which I provided. The next day they told me that they agreed it was a defect and decided to send me a new chair! Defects happen ... but they have provided fantastic customer service.Long story short ... if this chair is in your price range ... you can't go wrong!

Because my son is always sitting in front of the computer to have classes at home, it took me a while to find an office chair for him to sit comfortably in. The chair was delivered much sooner than I had expected and was in perfect condition. Before I got home, my son had already installed the chair, and he said it was easy to install. This chair has a variety of adjustable functions, it is very comfortable to sit on, the most important is that my son loves it. I am super glad with my purchase.

Surprisingly fast dilivery, got it within 2 days! Well packed. I'm not handy at all, but I have put it together with the clear instructions, which made me very pround! By sitting long I often get stiff and painful lower back. This chair' s back plate can be adjusted gentely to different angles according to your sitting positions, very comfortable and pain relief. Received it for a week, I'm really happy with it!

I replaced an old chair for my home office that was killing my hips and back. This is a well made and comfy chair. Early days but I think the early impressions are very good. The chair arrived well packaged and it is clear that the makers have gone to a lot of effort to ensure good quality to their product. I put it together myself, but it would have been easier with help. So far so good.

I thought it was broken because the seat doesn't go up and down when you are sitting on it - I found a video that explained you had to stand up for it to work. Would have been good to include that information.

Bought this product as a gift a week ago and I received this much earlier then it said which was great. My father seems to like it a lot. It was easy to assemble and when I sat on it my self it was rather nice. Great adjustability all around.If anything changes, I'll update the review. Great so far though ????

Love the two way lumbar support and the multi-directional neck support. I have neck and back issues and did a lot of research before purchasing this chair. It met all of my specifications. Being petite, it's extremely hard to find a chair with neck support that goes low enough. This chair fits my body like a glove. The seat is a bit stiffer than I imagined with it being memory foam. However, it is molded for support and reduces pressure off of the sacrum. I've used this for almost a week, and I approve. The only thing I would recommend is purchasing arm rest cushions. The arm rests lack cushion.

very good,mesh back and sitting have enough stretch and feel confort .I have lower back issue ,this chairs is supportive that,so I can sitting there fews hours long but doesn?�?t feel uncomfortable. Also can adjust angle and height for I like. Good quality,the wheel is vinyl covered ,not Much noises when moving on my wood floor which is great. Very easy to install it. Happy happy

After covid lockdown , i had to start working from home. basically spending whole day behind desk on my chair. My old office chair got broken and it had leather upholstery. not exactly real leather. after long time it started shed into little pieces and started making mess. also leather seat is not really comfortable in hot weather. so i needed new chair without leather seat. after tons of research on internet, i decided this chair because it fitted in my price range and seemed really great. it did reach my expectations. first of all, very easy to install. i finished assemble in 15 minutes. Mesh on the back keep it cool. great lumbar support. seat is very comfortable to seat for long time. it has adjustable head rest. not just work on this chair, even sit on to rest is enjoyable. so far i am very satisfied with this purchase. i would highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for

Bought this one mainly for the metal base, relatively good looking. Price is good too. Exceeded my epectation.At work i use a $750 brand name chair. of course function wise its good and comfortable, but i hate the plastic base - ugly and looks cheap. I bought a metal base chair with near white color plastic and fabric at home, looks good and feels good for a price tag of $1k... japanese brand.now we need another chair for the basement because of the work at home situation, bought this one. I like the metal base ~see the picture. it looks like stainless steel - high quality looking. Seat is comfortable. Back is not as good as my $1k chair, but good enough for the price.by the way, installtion was easy.overall i recommend it

I have wasted a lot of money on office chairs over the years. This is NOT one of those instances. I assembled this chair in about 10 minutes, the directions are easy as heck to interpret. The chair compared to others of its size is very light and was no trouble at all to get up stairs. The seat and back are very firm (which I like) and are very comfortable. Not to mention it feels much more sturdy, and it is much cheaper that similar chairs.

Chair is pretty good. Lots of amending options to fit you. Its not the most comfortable though and I dont feel the back support is amazing but it does the job!

Bought as a new chair for working from home. Was actually pleasantly surprised considering the price - sturdy, easy to assemble, good back and elbow rests. The head support which was included for free was also super useful, especially for me who's quite tall. The bottom support may feel a bit meshy, it depends on what you're used to - we have Herman Miller's chairs at work costing ?1,000, so I am super happy considering I spent only a fraction of the price. Would definitely recommend to anyone working from home.

The chair is suitably comfortable, however it arrived in many pieces, with dozens of unlabelled screws and washers, and no assembly instructions....Included in the box were a complimentary pair of tiny cotton gloves?EDIT: After a few months of usage the mechanism which controls the height of the chair became faulty, requiring it to be adjusted every time I sit down or shift weight. I'd consider this a manufacturing default.

As a result of the Pandemic, I was forced into a lot of home working, but my setup was not ideal (it was a bar stool) and it started to cause me back and shoulder issues. I started looking around for something that was reasonably priced, had good levels of adjustability, was durable and had favourable reviews amongst users. This seemed like a good fit, and after 5 months of usage, I can confirm that I no longer experience the same aches, and Im very happy with my purchase. Compared with other office chairs I have previously used, this offers a great level of adjustment, plus the components look and feel sturdy enough to last. Only downside was that the box in came in was quite heavy! If you need to invest in a comfortable chair for home working, I fully recommend this one.

Brilliant chair. I work from home so needed something supportive and comfortable. This chair is definitely that. My previous chair hurt to sit on and I needed a coccyx cushion, I've not needed that since using this new chair. Definitely recommend.

I bought this for my home office knowing that I'll be here for quite some time due to Coronavirus. It replaced a basic chair from Ikea. Assembly was very easy, it comes with an allen/hex key but its a poor quality one - though I'm sure it would have been good enough. I just rammed it all together with an impact driver. The quality of the parts is very good, it isn't typical junk made of Chinesium. The lumbar support is great and the seat cushion is pretty comfortable. Adjustability and controls are decent. My main gripes would be with the arm rests. These can be adjusted up and down at your will, that's fine. However they cannot be adjusted inwards/outwards without undoing the bolt attaching them and sliding them in/out and retightening. This is probably fine if you are the only person using the chair - just set them at the correct width apart and lock in. But if people of different sizes are sharing the chair this could be a pain. They also are quite hard, not so comfortable for resting elbows on. It would have been better for them to be cushioned, I might've given 5 stars in that case.The chair came with a "prize card" where you scratch off and "win" a prize ($10 in my case). This is probably the same amount for everyone. However it seems to be a scam, you email in and they just ignore you.

Being on the computer for the whole day, it really supports back

Chair arrived several days earlier than expected (before 8:00am!). Better than usual instructions ensured easy assembly even single handed. Having a power screwdriver helped. All components seem good heavy quality.Initially I wasn't sure that I liked the seating position, more used to a softly cushioned chair that let me slouch or lean to one side but am getting to like it more. My only real critical comment is that the seat back adjustment seems to have only three stops, almost upright, too far back and much too far back

Bought it as a gift for my gf and she loves it.

After a meticulous comparison, I ordered this chair as it seemed to provide the right balance in terms of pricing and features.- The chair is very easy to assemble.- The materials used are not the highest possible quality (I have used at least ten office chairs) but are very optimally selected. You will not sense any cheapness. The overall build is strong.- The features (especially the adjustable lumbar support on the backrest and the headrest) are very useful and well-designed.- The seat is comfortable and ergonomic.- Aesthetically, the chair looks very good and professional.

Best chair I've bought

I've had this chair a couple of days now and have spent over 12 hours in it so far. Here are my initial thoughts. First of all, it's a bit tricky to put together by yourself. It can be done, but it would be much easier with someone to help. The holes in the arm rest fittings are oblong, giving you some choice as to how far apart you want the rests to be.Once put together the chair feels fairly sturdy but it doesn't feel premium quality - which is fair, as it's not a premium price. Sometimes cheaper things can be better than much more expensive alternatives, but in this case you do get what you pay for. The seat cushion feels fine, it's firm but not uncomfortable. The adjustable arm rests are a good size and comfortable. The gas lift works well and is simple enough, but the same control is also used for setting the recline, and that can be a bit fiddly to adjust.Where the seat lets itself down is with the head rest and lumbar support. I am a 5'10" male of average weight, and even with the head rest fully extended the bottom of it digs into my lower neck/upper spine just above my shoulders. It can tilt forwards or backwards, but tilting it forwards just makes it dig in even more, and tilting it back just means I have to lean my head back and stare at the top of the wall if I want to rest my head on it.The lumbar support can be adjusted forwards and backwards, and up and down. Initially this felt comfortable, but quite soon the lumbar support began to feel intrusive and uncomfortable. Its main problem is that it can't be retracted far enough out, so you constantly feel it pressing against your lower back even on the minimum setting. This becomes even more noticeable when reclining. It's not a soft support either - it's literally a block of plastic with some soft material on the front. Sadly I can't see a way to remove this completely.I'm going to give the chair another day or so, but because of the aforementioned issue with the lumbar support I'm afraid I'm probably going to have to look into returning this.

Maybe it's me, but there are many very similar chairs at a range of prices, they likely all come out the same factory with a different feature, the lower lumbar is okay but I find it doesn't hold its position enough the arms aren't sturdy enough when leaning on it slightly, it is compfy but it isn't anything special

Had this about a month now for working from home. Did a lot of research and chose this one because it has some good features and great reviews. Easy to put together and I'm finding it really comfortable and supportive, even when sitting in it for 7/8 hours a day.The height-adjustable arms do wobble from side-to-side a bit which I find annoying but I would still highly recommend this chair for the money and don't think you will find much better.

The chair was easy to assemble, not tools required. The tools came with the chair. It was easy to assemble with easy to follow instructions and every part was labeled. The chair feels sturdy and comfortable. The seat cushion is firm but not hard. The back rest tension is adjustable so you can lean back without the feeling of you falling or too hard that the back rest pushes back. The head rest is also adjustable or remove. Overall the chair looks good and feels comfortable.

With the office closed until April 2021 I decided to invest in a good quality supportive office chair. I know the new chairs at work cost a tidy sum, so I didn't expect to get that good quality for my budget. However, this is as good as the expensive chairs at work, and it cost a fraction of the price.Assembly was maybe 30 minutes, with a nice pair of white gloves supplied to keep hands clean. Very impressed that they added a spare screw for each type of fitting, and the 'allen' key tool supplied was really easy to use (not like the ones you get from a certain Swedish furniture company).The chair itself looks really smart, better than the pictures on the listing. The seat is wide and firm, but not uncomfortable. It feels solid, like it will do the job it is designed to do. I have adjusted the height of the arms to suit me perfectly, the lumber support and headrest are also adjustable.I use this chair for 8+ hours a day, and then the cat uses it for a few hours each evening (a true sign of quality if the fussy cat loves it) and I just have to hoover up the cat hair each morning before work.For the price I have to say I am delighted with the product. It took no more than a week from purchase to delivery, exceeding my expectations.Thoroughly recommended.

I really enjoy this chair. I replaced my longtime leather computer chair after it started wearing out during the pandemic because of WFH. It took a day to get used to the chair, but I like the back support, head/neck support, the extendable leg rest, and the comfortable cushion. I really was surprised at the value you get for the price. All in all, this chair has worked well for my WFH needs.

Bought as a birthday present for my husband as now having to work from home and is on computer behind desk for hours and hours!He is really pleased with it and says it feels much better than his previous office chair which he had to add cushions to to make it comfortable.

Hi allI wouldn't recommend this chair if you are taller than183cm (6 foot). I am this height and its border line with the neck support provided.I also have to mention that the lumber support feature works but the cushioning is very poor and the support tends to be unccomfortable over time, which really defeats the purpose of having a lumber support feature. I have fixed this by using a small thin pillow. i just feel with a little more R&D in this area and potentially changing the cushioning to something like a thicker memory foam, there chair would've been perfect.Something for the manufacturer to ponder....

Only annoyance was no adjustable arm rests (they only go up and down) other than that very comfortable

Arrived within just 3 days, and very well packaged (no apparent risk of anything being able to get damaged during postage). Very easy to assemble (actually quite enjoyed this bit!). Comfort is great and excellent value-for-money - the more expensive office chairs can fetch over ?1k and in my opinion don't make too much difference in terms of comfort.

I've had this three days and am pleased so far. It is large, solid, comfy and was easy to assemble. My only complaint is that the castors seems a bit cheap and flimsy in comparison to the rest of the chair. Reading other reviews it seems two sets of castors were provided in the past but I neither expected or received two sets. However the set I do have don't run smoothly on my carpet and so I'm going to purchase a better set of castors - a small and easy to perform upgrade.Otherwise this chair is just what I wanted and I'm pleased with my purchase. Even in three days it has helped with the back pain I was starting to suffer from working from home without a proper chair. This does the job for me - 185cm tall, 90kg.

There was a small tear in the chair back from the loose parts a moving around in the shipping box.The adjustable head rest contacts my shoulders in the highest position.Would suggest looking for a different chair if you are over 6' tall.
