My chair is very comfortable and I am extremely happy with it. The whole process from beginning to end was simply and I would recommend Sihoo.
Chair is great, really comfortable. Armrests that flick left and right at a bump can be annoying; I wish there was a way to lock them in place. The overall chair was easy to assemble, high-quality, and comfortable for long sitting sessions. Customer service was questionable. Took over 2 weeks and several follow-ups to actually get them to send the chair. I got to the point I requested a refund, then only then did they finally send the chair. Not good for business at all. Would I recommend them? No, not the company, the chair most definitely.
Was having frequent lower back pain and considered it could be from my crappy desk chair so decided to upgrade. It has genuinely decreased my back pain so it's a definite recommendation. I'm 160cm too and find the head rest comfortable.

The mesh on this chair is so soft and comfortable and very breathable and keeps you cool. The chair adjusts to exactly how you want it. The armrests are convenient and are able to be moved into a comfortable position for using your phone or playing a handheld console. The headrest is very comfortable and can adjust it to where you need it and is sturdy. The Lumbar support is amazing, I love how it adapts to your movement. As well, there is no annoying noises. Very happy with chair and I highly recommend it.

Due to bulging discs and other spinal injuries, I needed a lumbar supportive chair that would not only be supportive but comfortable. This chair does both of those things, well above my expectations, and the headrest is fantastic. While I am writing away, my neck and head are being supported. Being a writer and a full-time university student, this chair is perfect. Well worth the money. I am very happy with my purchase.
I purchased a SIHOO Doro C-300 a few weeks ago, for our new house, hoping it would allow me to paint my portraits in comfort, unlike my previous chairs. As it was an expensive purchase I had done considerable market research before buying. Can I say, I am not disappointed in my choice. It is fabulous! So comfortable, great lumbar support, fully adjustable, and great engineering overall. You see that when you assemble it, it's seriously solid! Very happy to recommend. A great investment.

Before getting this chair, I never realized how much of a difference a good chair could make. As a student who's transitioned to studying from home, I've been practically living at my desk, pouring over lectures, assignments, and Zoom calls for hours on end every day.Enter this ergonomic chair, and oh, what a game-changer it's been! It's quite important to sit properly, it will essentially help your back and necks!
It took me less than an hour to assemble by myself, and the video helped a lot.It's very comfortable to sit on, and I love that you can make different adjustments, you can lean back and adjust to a degree you like and lock it. It also gives great support on the lower back.
Definitely worth the price. Much better than my last ergonomic chair which I bought in a factory in WI

I'm short so I need a chair to support my size. It fits to my height perfectly. I can reach the ground lolz. Only complaint is the handles keep hiting my keyboard tray so I have to turn them inward when I sit. But the chair itself was a great purchase! Great lower back support.
