Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.6 / 5 from 28 reviews.

While delivery was expected a couple of weeks ago, I bought this anticipating that as a lot of the reviews mention poor delivery timeframes and communication. However, the chair is easy to assemble, sturdy and very comfortable, so I can look past the delivery experience for a quality product.

Sihoo M57 Pro Ergonomic Office Chair with Built in Footrest

Appears well designed; but the plastic for the foot rest bends under the weight of my legs and I am worried that it may not last as well as the chair. Would love a flexible cover for the mesh seat; as concern that metal studs on some of my jeans may damage it. - Mike. B

Sihoo M57 Pro Ergonomic Office Chair with Built in Footrest

While the final product is comfortable, building it was not as easy as I thought it would be. For a bit of context, I'm a petite 5'1" woman - I would summarise my attempt to build it as comical. I struggled with pushing the casters into the wheel base, which was not a good start considering that was Step 1. So I googled this issue, eventually learning that the friction rings might not be tight enough and that I may have to try lubricating the contact points to get them in. I got pliers and a can of lubricant, and managed to get all the wheels on, with some effort. The instruction manual could have been more helpful if it was more detailed at showing how the seat base and back connect - the way the colours display in the image does not give a clear indication of which part is laying over which, and I had to awkwardly hold the heavy parts together a few ways before seeing the correct way. The chair is comfortable and ergonomic, the footrest is a nice feature.
